This past weekend we catered the wedding of Nicole and Raphael at Oxon Hill Manor in Oxon Hill, Maryland. A beautiful day for a wedding. Best of all - the rain held off during the entire ceremony - a sigh of relief from the newlyweds and the bridal party. We prepared  for 113 guests…most enjoyed a dual entree featuring Chicken Provencal and Brandy’d Beef Tenderloin while others had opted for vegetarian Quinoa Portabella.

We have catered weddings and other events at Oxon Hill Manor in the past – what a beautiful venue. And what a great weekend for Nicole & Raphael. They are both amazing dancers – that’s how they met – and once the ceremony and dinner were completed – they literally danced the night away.
