We are busy and very proud of it. Everyone at Main Street works hard to produce the best possible products for both our catering company and for the Brasserie. There are weddings, corporate events, luncheons, and more all over Maryland and the metro area… and that means lots of food, paper products, & energy use. So, we are also working hard to offset our environmental impact whenever and wherever we can. Our storerooms and restrooms are equipped with motion sensor lighting, we plant trees, shrubs and grasses, our cardboard is recycled, cooking oils are contained and picked-up for proper disposal. In general, we have and will continue to implement practices which will ensure we’re being eco friendly.
