The country wedding of Brooke and Frank was amazing! Main Street was the wedding caterer and this beautiful event was held on the bride’s parent’s farm in Brookeville, MD. We were very happy to work with the couple and her parents to create a buffet menu around their tastes including Asian Pear Salad, Brandy’d Beef Tenderloin, Chilled Asparagus, Teriyaki Salmon, Stacked Shrimp, and many of their other favorites.

There were 117 guests in attendance – many from the Washington, D.C. area; others had traveled from England and Australia to be present at the wedding. The ceremony was perfect, exactly what Brooke & Frank planned for, with a backdrop of rolling pastures and horses grazing in the distance. We received so many compliments from guests who loved everything Main Street served! and at the end of the night there was a brilliant campfire.
