A Letter from the Main Street Brasserie

Dear Friends,

After three-and-a-half years and receiving over 30 awards in our Brasserie, the time has come to close the doors in order to focus on what has always been the heart of our business – catering.

Through the doors of our Brasserie, we’ve served tens of thousands of customers. And although we’ve had a great run and we’ve met some amazing people, our last day of business in the Brasserie will be Saturday, January 7, 2012. It is a decision that comes after much consideration and much emotion and though we’ll be sad to see it go, it’s a necessity as we expand our growing, award-winning catering business.

For 13 years we’ve been catering events of all shapes and sizes, from 150-guest weddings to 600-attendee conventions to 25-person luncheons. In fact, over the years, we’ve catered over 5,000 events and our food has reached hundreds of thousands of mouths. We’ve built a reputation for serving amazing food and providing outstanding service, while paying more attention to detail than you could imagine. This reputation is important to us and as we continue to expand our catering services, we need to put all of our time and energy into keeping it that way.

So, from the very bottom of our hearts, we thank you – all you loyal customers and friends of the Brasserie – for all of your business, input, friendships, support and loyalty. If we can serve you in any way with regards to catering, please let us know.

Sincerely,

The Main Street Team

Meet Beef Tenderloin

Next up in our series of Meet That Main Street-er is Beef Tenderloin. I know, I know, beef tenderloin is NOT a person, but when over 100 people travel to see you every week, you get your own featurette.

Our Beef Tenderloin is a juicy, marinated, tender cut of perfectly grilled perfection. Eating it is like taking a bite of happiness (as one of our customers has told us). The juicy jet-setter is served sliced on a 9″ fresh baked sub roll with caramelized onions and our own creamy horseradish sauce. Yum!

The Beef Tenderloin is only served in the Brasserie on Wednesdays and sells out quickly. So make sure to come in and get yours before it’s gone.

Meet Courtney Chagnon

Welcome to the next installment of Meet That Main Street-er, or as we like to call it: OMG We’re On The Internet! This time, introducing Courtney Chagnon (rhymes with canyon).

Here it is, we could lose Courtney to a pro team, she’s that awesome on the soccer field! Tryouts are in the Spring and that’s her dream, but until the scouts get here and check it out as she switches the field, she’s still ours, Yeah! Our resident greeter, salad preparer, order taker, beef tenderloin slicer and all-around perfectionist when it comes to your food. And we love her because she takes pride in what she does. That doesn’t get any better for Main Street or for our customers! Hey, visit the Brasserie and get her autograph before soccer season starts.
